Our Story

As international students, making friends wasn’t easy—especially in a city filled with people from diverse backgrounds, where finding common ground felt difficult. We wanted to stay active and meet new people and realized that social sports were the perfect way to bring people together while also keeping fit .

However,making them happen was a challenge. Behind the scenes, players had to search across multiple platforms, and organizers were stuck handling logistics and administrative work. It was inefficient—why couldn’t they just focus on the game and play without all the hassle?

That’s why we created Motionmate—to break down the barriers to social sports and make it easy for people to connect, play, and build lasting connections. Whether you're an international student navigating a new city, a working professional looking to stay active, or an organizer bringing people together, Motionmate makes social sports effortless and inclusive. Motionmate takes care of the hassle so you can focus on what truly matters.
